中文摘要:香菇多糖(lentinan,LNT)主要通过热水浸提法从香菇子实体中提取,具有独特的多级结构,呈现出多糖结构复杂性的典型特点。在生物活性方面,LNT具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节等多种功效。本文系统阐述LNT的提取技术及纯化方法,探究其不同多级结构形式,总结其生物活性及相关作用机制,并对LNT及其制剂的质量评价方法进行梳理,以期为LNT的开发利用提供一定参考。

Research Progress on the Structure,Function and Quality Control of Lentinan
Abstract:Lentinan(LNT),a polysaccharide primarily extracted from the fruiting bodies of Lentinula edodes via hot water extraction,possesses a unique multilevel hierarchical structure that exemplifies the structural complexity of polysaccharides. It exhibits a range of biological activities,including anti-tumor,antioxidant,and immunomodulatory effects. This article systematically expounds the extraction techniques and purification methods of LNT,explores its different multi-level structural forms,summarizes its biological activities and related mechanisms of action,and sorts out the quality evaluation methods of LNT and its preparations,with the aim of providing certain references for the development and utilization of LNT.
